William brings design expertise in Master Planning, Museum, Mixed-use, Retail, and Entertainment facilities with over 26 years of experience. Before founding TFO in 2003, William was Director of Design with Morris Architects and Senior Concept Architect at Walt Disney Imagineering. Much of William’s work has been international, including an ICSC award-winning retail center in Milan, and he has been published in magazines such as L’Arca, Arkkitehti, and A+U.
In parallel to his professional experience, William has been a design professor at Harvard University, Cal Poly Pomona, and the University of Houston. Currently, he is also the Director of the Los Angeles Institute of Architecture and Design. He is a frequent guest critic and lecturer at a variety of Universities.
