The “Colorful Town of Guizhou” development is envisioned as an eco-resort and cultural tourist destination intended to educate visitors on China’s Southwestern minority communities and cultural history.

The development of the site anticipates the creation of a resort destination which will include a series of “Colorful” zones such as the “Colorful Culture Zone”, the “Colorful Festival Zone” and the “Colorful Nature Zone”.

Construction will be separated into three phased areas consisting of 335 acres, 370 acres and 60 acres respectively.

TFO provided concept master planning for the first phase of the project as well as the concept design for the Phase one Retail, Dining and Entertainment district.
