Vicolungo Outlets is a multi-phased development of community, retail, dining, and entertainment destinations. The first phase consists of approximately 19,000 square meters of retail and dining areas as well as a community and childcare components. Phase II was an additiional 220,000 sf and phase III added another 20,000 sf.

The development program is a typical, fashion-oriented destination ‘lifestyle’ retail center. However, through a paring of simple and common pre-cast construction techniques with an extensive system of gently curving steel canopies, landmark towers and articulated storefronts; a continuous and vital pedestrian street is formed.

This open and meandering “via pedonale” links the Community Center at the North Plaza of Parco Commerciale Urbano to the developments’ Performance area and beyond to the main street of the town of Vicolungo.
